3. Refund Process:

If your item is deemed damaged, misprinted, or faulty, we will initiate a refund for the full purchase amount, including shipping costs, to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take several business days to process.

4. Return Shipping:

If we determine that a return is necessary for a damaged, misprinted, or faulty item, we will provide instructions for the return shipping process. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Cancellations:
